        We have multiple SMT production lines, reflow soldering machines, wave soldering production lines, combined with advanced Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment, X-ray inspection systems, and fully automatic BGA rework stations, effectively control product soldering quality. Advanced specialized RF instruments including vector network analyzers, comprehensive testers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and electromagnetic wave shielded chambers ensure optimal wireless product design performance and guarantee consistency and stability in mass-produced wireless products.

        All company products implement lead-free manufacturing processes, providing full-range services including SMT assembly, through-hole component insertion, debugging/testing, wire harness processing, assembly, laser marking, printing, and packaging.

Stable Core Production Team

        Experience forges quality. The Gu'an production base currently employs nearly 80 staff, with 70% of core team members serving the company for over 10 years.
